About Sean

I learned a lot in prison. I went in when I was 22 and prison became my college. I learned how important a routine is, how to structure and discipline myself and how to surround myself with a solid group of people, ones you that hold you accountable; the ones that won't let you slack off.

We all have those days where we don’t want to hold ourselves accountable, but having your group that hold you to your standards every day is big. Love and appreciate those people.

I think my greatest fear is dying and God saying "that's it? I had such big plans for you.” I want him to say "damn you killed that shit, doing more than I ever could have imagined! You really reached your full potential!"

My goal is perfection. I make huge goals, goals that scare the shit out of me (otherwise what’s the point!). I want to live an extraordinary life inspiring people to give everything they have within them.

I train intentionally with an extreme focus on each working muscle while remembering the goal of the exercise. Most people worry about getting the weight up and down or from point A to point B. As your trainer all I care about is that you are doing the exercise correctly for the current goal at hand.

Each move has a purpose.

Technique is the most important part of each exercise. Have you ever gotten in your car but zoned out and drove to the wrong place? That’s what usually happens when people workout. Most people don’t engage their minds through their movements. These mindless movements lead to injury and keep you from reaching your goals.

It’s all in the details, every little detail. Keeping your movements simple; learning one thousand different ways to do an exercise.
